HISTORY OF PIC May 11, 2006 marked the birth of PIC. The training center was founded by Angelita Ternura Pacleb, Chairman & President, together with four other incorporators. Ma’am Angie wanted to put traditional English Language teaching a notch higher by introducing TESOL to teachers & educators. PIC started with only 7 students. read more
